About this Bake
I made this sheep cake for my friend Sue who keeps a number of sheep, goats, chickens and geese - this cake is a likeness of the biggest, roundest sheep called Rogan Josh. It’s a lemon Madeira cake with lemon frosting and my friend loved it (the cake is on the right!).
Top tip
Use a fork to fluff up the fondant to look like fleece.
