My “Sawtooth” cake I made for our adult son. Reminds me of our pack in trips to the Sawtooth mountains together... chocolate with raspberry filling... mountains made out of tempered chocolate with mint snow... trees made from melted green chocolate with confectioners sugar for snow... overall ha
Top tip
Let the chocolate set for the mountains and don’t make them too thick.
