About this Bake
These were inspired by British bats. The brownies were decorated with silhouettes of pipistrelles, brown long-eared bats, a serotine and noctule.
Top tip
I've learnt from the show. Keep your brownie simple! I went for a chocolate fudge brownie - can't go wrong.
