Bottom tier is a 9" top tier is a 7" perfect for your little princesses party! Let the fondant around the kitchen roll set add a bit of tylose for faster setting with the towers and the flowers ! Let your cake fondant rest before decorating.

Top tip

Use Mary berrys Victoria sponge ! The moistest recipe but stable enough for 2 tiers! Oh and make your towers in advance ! Fondant wrapped around kitchen roll tubes to create the towers.
