The cornflour in the cookie dough keeps the cookies domed and reduces spreading.
Top tip
Freeze blobs of your favourite spread by placing them onto foil and putting in the freezer for 20 minutes before encasing them in the cookie dough. This makes it really easy to stuff the cookies with ease and minimum messy fingers.
