About this Bake
This was a large chocolate cake for a 21st Birthday - the butter icing is actually pink with pink/purple fondant flowers.
Top tip
When applying buttercream icing, do a thin "crumb" layer then pop the cake in the fridge for 10 minutes before applying the final layer.
