About this Bake
I made this cake for my niece's 18th Birthday. All the decorations are made out of chocolate and are handmade (other than the Maltesers!) It is made up of 8 layers of white choc chip sable biscuit, chocolate cake, raspberry mousse & white chocolate mousse. My niece loved it!
Top tip
When you make a cake where all the decorations are made out of chocolate, avoid using too many candles. I unfortunately learnt this the hard way as all the decorations started to melt as we sang 'Happy Birthday'!
