About this Bake
It is a model of a Drascombe Dabber. My three cats are on the boat, and a seagull is perched on the mast. I modelled it using fondant icing, and used rice paper for the sails and flag.
Top tip
Using a diffuser to gently colour the rice paper for the sails. Very tricky as if over wet it dissolves!
