About this Bake

My bake is a variation of St Clements cake with the sponge cut in three sections. Homemade lemon curd is spread on top of the bottom sponge, the second sponge is placed on top and a layer of orange curd is spread on this one and finally the top sponge is placed on top of the orange curd layer.
