About this Bake
My wife Katie made this tasty Battenberg cake. I had been saying for weeks that I wanted to give it a try and I think she got fed up of waiting for me to do it, so did it herself. It’s a gluten-free cake as Katie is a coeliac and it tasted excellent!

Jam the icing - not the delicate sponge!
