About this Bake
The cake was a vanilla sponge. The icing coating each ice-cream ball tasted of the ice cream it resembled (mint, strawberry and vanilla).
Top tip
Ice each component separately (the cone and ice-cream balls) and allow to dry fully before assembling the cone. Try not to eat too many marshmallows!
