About this Bake
This is one of many novelty cakes I have baked. A 6 layer vanilla pound cake, filled with strawberry jam and crumb coated in vanilla buttercream then decorated with fondant.
Top tip
Take your time. When baking novelty cakes, refrigerate between stacking and carving, then again before crumb coating then again before decorating.
