Paul Hollywood's recipe for Boxing Day leftovers pie has been a tradition in our family for the past few years. They all look forward to it as well as it being a great way not to waste leftovers, so it's economical too and saves food going to landfill.
Top tip
Put two strips of parchment paper in a cross underneath the pie in the dish. When baked through, use the strip handles that overhang to carefully lift the pie out of the dish, place on a pizza stone or baking tray and egg-wash the sides. Place back in the oven until golden.
