About this Bake
This was my second ever bake. I was so pleased my layers turned out!. It is a vanilla, raspberry and chocolate layer cake, with a cream cheese icing . Tasted lovely!
Top tip
If you have to use butter and cream cheese for a topping, make sure you blend the two together first by hand, then continue, do not use an electric whisk or beater, the cream cheese will go too runny and does not blend with the butter.
