About this Bake

First time I've ever baked Chelsea buns. As such, I felt I should follow Paul Hollywood's recipe as he seems to know what he's talking about (smile). Very happy with the end result!

Top tip

Definitely do the second rise and baking in a springform pan. Makes it so easy to get the buns out!
