About this Bake
This sponge was made for a local Bake Off for Macmillan Cancer Support. A vanilla sponge made in pink and purple layers jammed together then smothered in a cream cheese icing and decorated with berries. However, once cut, it is full of berry skittle sweets and fresh strawberries!
Top tip
"THINK" what you are doing before cracking on and sticking it together - few mishaps along the way on this one!!
