About this Bake
White chocolate and raspberry buttercream sponge cake with white chocolate mascarpone cream and marshmallow fondant icing. Made for two friends going travelling round the world!
Top tip
To make the globe shape, I baked two cakes in bowls, to save buying a special pan.
