About this Bake

My niece is owl-mad so I promised I would make her a cake for her 3rd birthday. Not a bad effort because I only came out of hospital following ankle surgery the day before. I couldn’t have done it without my mum who was my faithful assistant.

Top tip

Make sure you have a helpful mum to bring you all the ingredients when you are on crutches. It makes life so much easier!
