About this Bake
This is a two type cake; the top half is a gluten-free lemon drizzle cake and the bottom half is a nut-free, apricot and cherry fruit cake. The decorations are handmade. The rose is all sugar and the lace has been hand piped using royal icing.
Top tip
When making a sponge or any type of cake mix, I always add an extra egg!
