About this Bake
I made a sandwich cookie cake with a cookie buttercream and dark chocolate ganache filling. I used lilac, pastel blue and grey as well as white buttercream to get my watercolour effect. It was for my daughter's 1st birthday and I wanted to do something simple yet unforgettable.
Top tip
Don't over-scrape when doing the watercolour effect.
