About this Bake
My Grandad gave me a load of fresh rhubarb from his garden - I stewed it down with some cryatalised giner and candied some for the top. The custard powder buttercream just made sense!
Top tip
Ensure the stewed rhubarb middle isn't too runny....or you'll get a soggy sponge!
