About this Bake
I make this cheesecake annually for family get-togethers during Christmas and it's usually a big hit. This year, things didn’t go so well and it looks more suited to being a Halloween raspberry cheesecake.
Top tip
Red coulis on a centre crack definitely doesn’t scream Christmas.
