About this Bake
This is a vegan cocoa sponge with redcurrant on the top of its lemon vegan cheesecake layer and redcurrant compote drizzle. It's very refreshing after a Sunday lunch or it goes well with a cup of coffee.
Top tip
Put some berries in the sponge. It will make it more delicious.
