About this Bake
I made this cake for my daughter's second birthday. She carried that pink cat everywhere with her (it does have a name - it's called 'Cat'). I thought that she would love a cake with Cat's face on it, and she did.
Top tip
Always set the oven timer for 5 minutes fewer than the recipe states to check if it is done - once a cake has burned it cannot be unburnt.
