About this Bake
Two vanilla sponges sandwiched together with chocolate buttercream and homemade caramel sauce. It is topped with more chocolate buttercream, drizzled caramel sauce and mini millionaire's shortbread, then finished off with a little sprinkle of gold glimmer sugar.
Top tip
Make sure you always use a toothpick to check the centre of the cake is cooked! No one wants an undercooked cake.
