About this Bake

I made this with my Daddy for afternoon tea for the family. There was lots of dip left so we made them again the next day! We piped 12 hearts out of the mix! Super tasty.

Top tip

You don’t need to beat the mixture for 4-5 minutes over a low heat - just beating in the hot saucepan should bring it into a smooth ball. It must cool then before adding the egg.
