About this Bake
This is one of the bakes i made in the spring when so many of my work colleagues turned 40... I wanted to mix fun love and cake without having much stress i made trays of the stuff and planted them on my girls desks go tea party go!
Top tip
Hardly spend any time on mixing the dry and wet stuff when making the scones to allow maximum rising.
