About this Bake
I saw a picture on the internet of a cake with popcorn on the top and thought I would try to recreate a similar one. This wasn't an easy bake for a 14-year-old to try, but I gave it a go. Thanks to my twin sister for helping me make the caramel for the popcorn.
Top tip
Add a spoonful of hazelnut chocolate spread to the icing to maximise flavour.
