My husband and I made this birthday cake for our son Rory's second birthday because he is obsessed with buses and shouts at them when they go past.
Top tip
To be sure the cake is cooked, stick a knife or skewer into the middle and, if it comes out clear, it's cooked. If not, put it back in the oven.
