About this Bake
I was inspired by biscuit week so I tweaked Paul Hollywood’s recipe for altitude (5000 feet above sea level!) with a bit of a twist - fresh culinary lavender with zest of a fresh lemon!
Top tip
Allow dough to chill for four hours before baking!
