About this Bake
This was for my Godmother's birthday, it is three-tiers of chocolate sponge sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and covered in chocolate buttercream and decorated with wafer butterflies. I'm relatively new to making big occasion cakes (I'm 14) My mom is my baking partner ;)
Top tip
Give yourself plenty of time and plan ahead (makes catastrophes easier to cope with).
