About this Bake
Moist, delicate banana sponge laced with mango and pecan pieces, layered with homemade mango and passion fruit compote and cream cheese frosting.
Top tip
When using fruit compote inside a cake, make a little pond in the centre of the sponge by piping buttercream around the edges and spoon the compote inside. This helps to prevent all of the compote from dripping out!
