This cake was a hint as to the surprise ski trip gift to my mum for her birthday. Tt was wonderful seeing her face light up - she loved the cake. It was a flourless chocolate and almond cake as she has IBS and it was baked slightly fudgy. It went down very well. The figures represent my mum in bl
