About this Bake

I flavoured this pie with crushed black peppercorns and a filling of yummy chicken, portobello mushrooms and cheese. It will surely leave guests drooling for more!

Top tip

Brush some egg wash onto the base and sides of the pie case to prevent the revolting soggy bottom, and beware of the filling being too runny! Always cool the filling before spooning into the pie.
