About this Bake
This cake is a 4 vanilla Victoria sponges sandwiched together with homemade raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Topped with the same, creating a multilayer cake. The centre is cut out and then packed with chocolate sweets which pour out when cut.
Top tip
Make sure that no jam or buttercream goes into the middle as this will cause the sweets to stick and no waterfall effect will occur.
