About this Bake
I’m Gabriella and I’m 11. This is the first cake that I have fully made by myself (Mum did the oven). I love watching the Bake Off.
Top tip
When lining your tin, put water on the greaseproof paper and scrunch it up, then open it and use it. The cake doesn’t stick.
