About this Bake
I love old fashioned sweets (lemon sherbet, rhubarb and custard) etc. so I made vienesse whirls based on the flavours, lemon sherbets had a sweet lemon buttercream with a very tangy lemon curd in the centre, the rhubarb had custard buttercream and rhubarb vanilla jam.
Top tip
Chill the biscuits in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes before baking to help keep its piped shape.
