About this Bake
My 4 year old wanted this cake for his birthday, specifically wanting a BIG chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream! The cake is 4 tiered layered with chocolate buttercream and covered in royal icing which I coloured myself and used edible pens to detail the cake.
Top tip
Make the tiny sheep heads in advance so they dry before applying to the cake. Use cookie cutters to make the shape of the Sheeps bodies! Also, you will need an extra hand to carefully pick up the rolled icing from the huge table to cover the massive cake!
