About this Bake
I have made a four-layer nutmeg- and cinnamon-flavoured oil sponge cake. Every other layer is pink of course! The cats are created from doughnuts with fondant ears, dipped and decorated with melted white chocolate. The doughnuts are cinnamon flavoured.
Top tip
Be patient and wait between stages so that the elements are nicely cooled.
