About this Bake
My inspiration was Prue's mince tarts. My fruits include raisins, dates, figs, dried cherries, grated pear, and some orange zest. I also used chopped pecans, butter, brown sugar, brandy and Prue's recipe for the dough. I baked them for 15 minutes.
Top tip
Forego the difficult lattice top and pop on a small dough cutout instead...simple and delish. Soak fruit in brandy for up to five days in the fridge and use a good amount. Wink wink!
