About this Bake
For our school's ‘mindfulness day’ my friends and I decided to make a treacle tart roulade inspired by Briony from Series 9. We all had a great time and to our surprise it tasted great too! This was the first time most of us have ever baked something of this level of difficulty.
Top tip
We baked for the whole two and a half hours while listening to the Bake Off music; it definitely helped lift morale as we worked!
