About this Bake
This was my first gluten-free cake. Vanilla sponge with strawberry butter icing, sliced strawberries, banana, blue berries and grated white chocolate. The box was donated to me by a kind pizza shop owner. A great birthday surprise for a pizza lover.
Top tip
Use a hair dryer to melt the grated white chocolate to make it look like melted cheese.
