About this Bake
I made this for my daughter's 1st birthday. I've always made my children's birthday cakes and they are always spectacular as I love seeing their faces when they first see them.
Top tip
Refrigerate the cake for a while before you add the chocolate. That way, when you push the melted chocolate over the edge, it cools quickly and stops dribbling down the cake before it reaches the bottom.
