About this Bake
Mini fluffy sponge cakes, drizzled with a light vanilla coffee syrup, with a baileys cream cheese icing, and coffee chocolate ganache. finished with a ready made chocolate coffee bean. One of my party favourites.
Top tip
Mini cakes make great party canapes and they're much quicker than larger ones. Be careful of your toppings though as with less sponge, flavours are intensified.
