About this Bake
I made this for my Breaking Bad-obsessed boyfriend's birthday. The cake itself is a standard madeira cake with lemon curd in the middle, and Heisenberg painted in food dye onto the icing. The blue meth round the outside is made from rose flavoured sugar crystals.
Top tip
Make sure you've got everything at room temperature and weighed out before you start.
