About this Bake
I topped my focaccia with garlic olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, oregano, piccolo tomatoes, jalapeños and rosemary...yum!
Top tip
Before kneading the dough, drizzle a little oil on the surface rather than flour to help keep the wet consistency!
