About this Bake

I am used to doing extravagant cakes so I fancied baking a classic. I had seen a cake with fresh flowers online and decided to give it a go. The stems are wrapped in foil to avoid contamination and I used fresh strawberries and blueberries. Delicious!

Top tip

Always add fresh flowers just before serving to avoid wilting.
