About this Bake
Our son asked me to make him a Doberman cake for his birthday. I was terrified as I'd never made anything like this. I took up the challenge and I am pleased with the result. A lot of firsts here, but loved every second of making him.
Top tip
Take your time. I am a get-it-finished-ASAP type of person, but have learnt to back off and give things like crumb coats and ganache time to set. It has made a real difference to what I am able to achieve.
