About this Bake
This classic Madagascan Vanilla cake filled with chocolate buttercream was made with lots of love for my best friend's daughter. I've watched her grow up from a baby and can't quite believe she's now 16 - oh dear, I feel old! x
Top tip
Always make sure you have all your ingredients in place before you start baking - nothing worse than having to nip off to the shops halfway through a recipe whilst your mixers on the go!
