This Moshi Monster cake was for my eldest Niece's 8th Birthday last year. My niece's seem to choose more complicated themes every year!
Top tip
If I'm making a chocolate cake using cocoa I always add a little extra moisture (usually water or milk) to the mix so it doesn't dry out.
